The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against pin88.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pin88 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

14.2 Severability
